Microblading

Phibrows Microblading is a manual “hand” method of permanent cosmetics for your eyebrows which creates extremely fine natural looking hair strokes. The results? Perfectly natural looking, thick, full brows.

How Does it Work?

The pigment is applied with a specific Phibrows tool that has a row of several fine needles to create thin hair like marks in the skin. Your artist will choose needles and the blade type according to the technique and the skin type. The pigment is bladed just below the epidermis and the most shallow part of the dermis, making extremely fine natural looking hair strokes. A very natural result is achieved, as the hairs are bladed into the skin according to the natural hair growth direction.

Eyelash Enhancement

The eyes are a focal point of the face. Studies show that long eyelashes and large eyes are considered a sign of youth and beauty. Fuller and longer lashes will emphasize and frame your eyes, giving you a more refreshed, awake or feminine look without the need for mascara, false eyelashes or eyelash extensions. Fuller lashes also provide more protection for your eyes, shielding them from tiny particles in the air that cause irritation.

Why Consider Eyelash Enhancement?

  • If you have sparse, thin or nonexistent eyelashes.
  • If you commonly experience eye discomfort or irritation from small particles of dirt or debris in the air.
  • If you often use false lashes or eyelash extension.

Permanent Cosmetics & Permanent Makeup

Permanent Makeup is implanting pigment into the dermal layer of the skin and is considered a cosmetic tattoo. Permanent Makeup is also known as Micropigmentation, Permanent Cosmetics, IntradermalCosmetics, and Dermal Pigmentation.

Permanent makeup is also used to produce artificial eyebrows, particularly in people who have lost them as a consequence of old age, disease, such as alopecia totalis, chemotherapy, or a genetic disturbance, and to disguise scars and white spots in the skin such as in vitiligo. It is also used to restore or enhance the breast’s areola, such as after breast surgery.

OUR PERMANENT COSMETIC INSURANCE PROGRAM OFFERS THE FOLLOWING:
• Bald Spot Repigmentation
• Lips Color & Lip liner
• Microstroking
• Eyebrows

Dermal Fillers & Botox

Coverage is available for doctors, nurses and other medical professionals as permitted by law. Coverage is available for work in professional offices/facilities. Botox/Dermal Filler coverage can be packaged to include Lasers, Medical Peels, Sclerotherapy and other aesthetic services. Coverage is available for the following:

  • Botox
  • Dermal Fillers that are FDA Approved
  • Dysport
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to temporarily improve the look of both moderate to severe crow’s feet lines and frown lines between the eyebrows in adults.

Botox injections are the best known of a group of medications that use various forms of botulinum toxin to temporarily paralyze muscle activity. This toxin is produced by the microbe that causes botulism, a type of food poisoning.

Botox injections are noted primarily for the ability to reduce the appearance of some facial wrinkles. They are also used to treat such problems as repetitive neck spasms (cervical dystonia), excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), overactive bladder and lazy eye. Botox injections may also help prevent chronic migraines in some people.

Botox was the first drug to use botulinum toxin. Other products now include Dysport, Myobloc and Xeomin. Each is a little different, particularly when it comes to dosage units, so they aren’t interchangeable.
Dermal fillers help to diminish facial lines and restore volume and fullness in the face.

As we age, our faces naturally lose subcutaneous fat. The facial muscles are then working closer to the skin surface, so smile lines and crow’s feet become more apparent. The facial skin also stretches a bit, adding to this loss of facial volume. Other factors that affect the facial skin include sun exposure, heredity, and lifestyle.

Dermal fillers can be used to:

  • Plump thin lips
  • Enhance shallow contours
  • Soften facial creases and wrinkles
  • Improve the appearance of recessed scars

Laser Treatments

Laser therapies are medical treatments that use focused light. Unlike most light sources, light from a laser (which stands for light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation) is tuned to specific wavelengths. This allows it to be focused into powerful beams. Laser light is so intense that it can be used to shape diamonds or cut steel.

In medicine, lasers allow surgeons to work at high levels of precision by focusing on a small area, damaging less of the surrounding tissue. If you have laser therapy, you may experience less pain, swelling, and scarring than with traditional surgery.

Medical Strength Chemical Peels

The procedure known as chemical peeling (chemexfoliation) involves the application of a chemical solution to the surface of the skin to produce the careful removal of its outer layers. It is helpful for those with facial blemishes, uneven skin pigmentation, sun damaged skin, age spots and acne outbreaks.

A chemical peel is a technique used to improve the appearance of the skin on the face, neck or hands. A chemical solution is applied to the skin that causes it to exfoliate and eventually peel off. The new, regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin.

Coverage is available for doctors, nurses, aestheticians and other professionals who offer medical strength peels services in Medi-spas, doctors offices or other professional settings. Coverage is available for Skin Types I-IV.

SCLEROTHERAPY

Sclerotherapy is a medical procedure used to eliminate varicose veins and spider veins. Sclerotherapy involves an injection of a solution (generally a salt solution) directly into the vein. The solution irritates the lining of the blood vessel, causing it to collapse and stick together and the blood to clot.

Coverage is available for doctors, nurses and other qualified medical professionals who perform Sclerotherapy services.Coverage is offered for spider veins or varicose veins at 1.5mm or less.

Coverage is available for saline based products.

Business Property & Income Insurance

Business property insurance covers the physical parts or your business. These are things like your building, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, inventory, computers, records and other valuable items. This coverage helps repair or replace the building and its contents, and can also help provide income if your business can’t operate for a while after a covered loss.
